CLUSTER RING, 18 white gold, cabochon cut sapphire 4,81 ct according to engraving, 7 brilliant cut diamonds 0,14 ctw, approx. W/VS, size 15,75 mm, sapphire are somewhat unmounted i its setting and has notch and inclusions that reaches the surface, some doiamanter with notch.
